ICT Support

In Grosvenor we have over 400 computers, Chromebooks and iPads for use by students. Below is some helpful information for getting the most out of the ICT facilities available and how to get help when needed - particularly when students are not in school.

Usernames & Password Advice

At Grosvenor all students have 2 seperate logins for the computers:

C2K Account - the main account used for access to e-mails, Google Classroom, Teams etc.

Legacy Account - used for access to the computers in the ICT department and the iMacs in the music department.

It’s important that students know their usernames and passwords for both systems. This PDF provides full details and advice on usernames, passwords and what to do if there are any problems.

Installing Microsoft Office

As part of the agreement with C2K students and staff are able to download and install the full versions of the Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook and Teams - on up to 5 PCs or Macs. Click here to view full instructions on how to do this.

Accessing C2K My-School

C2K My-School gives students access to all of the various platforms and systems that they will need for their day to day work including Google Classroom and MS Teams. To access these from home on a PC, Mac, phone or tablet follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.c2kschools.net

  2. Enter your username & password - username is in the format of first initial then surname then 3 numbers. Do NOT enter your full e-mail address here as this will not work.

  3. Click “Login” and you will be presented with the My-School homepage. From here you can use the links in the “Launch” bar on the right to access Google Classroom or Office 365 or your e-mails.

  4. When accessing any of the systems from My-School at home you will often be asked to sign in again to each service. This doesn’t happen when you are on a School computer. When this happens you need to use your full e-mail address which should be in the format of username@c2ken.net.
